Mark Cicotello is an experienced human resources professional and an adjunct instructor in the University of Denver’s graduate programs, where he teaches courses in finance and compensation. In addition to his academic role, Mark serves as a consultant and advisor with the New Zealand Trade & Enterprise Beachheads Program. He provides strategic human resources and legal guidance to New Zealand companies seeking to establish or expand their operations in the United States.

Mark previously held senior HR leadership positions across several industries.
